OverviewThe Assistant or Associate Professor plays a pivotal role in the Master of Science Alternative Programs in Education and Special Education for Birth to Grade 2, Grades 1-6, Adolescent Special Education in Grades 7-12, and the PK-12 Special Education programs. Working closely with the Program Chair, the individual is responsible for designing and delivering program courses that focus on ensuring overall program effectiveness. The individual is committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, advises, and supervises master's-degree candidates, actively participates in faculty collaborative learning, and demonstrates scholarly productivity.
