Position Description: The Instructional Coach at Epiphany School will support and coach teachers to develop high-quality, innovative, and individually responsive instruction. By serving as a learning facilitator and collaborator, the coach will utilize the principles of adult learning and effective facilitation/coaching to support the school’s professional learning communities, foster teacher collaboration, and support mission-driven instruction. Through this work, the Instructional Coach will strive to inspire, encourage, and support faculty with creative, innovative, and sustainable solutions that support teaching and learning.
