Responsibilities –  Project Management: Manage all aspects of asphalt paving projects during night shifts, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.  Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of paving crew members, equipment operators, and subcontractors to ensure they adhere to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.  Quality Control: Monitor paving operations closely to ensure that asphalt mixtures are applied correctly, surfaces are properly compacted, and finished products meet or exceed quality standards. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of paving equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downt
