IT Systems Administrator II
The Systems Administrator II is a member of the Libraries IT department, in the TS unit. As the key departmental resource for Apple, Windows, and Linux systems, they provide technical consultations on highly complex projects; provide expertise on all computing platform issues; and train TS colleagues in methods of resolving problems. This position reports to the IT Services Manager. They conduct specialized work in developing and supporting the Libraries’ staff and patron computing environments, including using endpoint management tools to configure devices; optimizing systems performance; analyzing systems usage and system load issues; troubleshooting issues as necessary; diagnosing systems
