Position Summary:

• Administer enterprise services including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Box. Provide direct user support through ServiceNow, phone, email, and in-person or remote meetings.
• Basic network support including DHCP, DNS, IP allow/deny lists, and port security. Escalate issues and coordinate network upgrades with the OIT Telecommunications Department.
• Coordinate hosting and advanced support for line of business applications with internal and cloud hosting partners. Administer departmental services when required.
• Create internal and user documentation. 

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required in computer science or related subject. 
• A minimum of three (3) years' experience in systems/network administration.
