SUMMARY: The Marine Terminal Superintendent has general responsibility of managing the Port’s bulk loading facilities and marine cargo operations at other Port terminals including supervision, vessel loading, train movements, labor forces and bulk facility maintenance.  This position is responsible for maintaining efficient terminal activity and administering operating agreements.
