The Grounds Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for supervising the grounds crew in daily operation of grounds maintenance and landscaping. Essential duties and responsibilities: Responsible for supervising all technical phases of groundskeeping operations and grounds maintenance functions. Operates and maintains all assigned vehicles and equipment. Identifies and maintains the majority of turfgrasses, trees, shrubs, and bedding plants on campus. Instructs crew members in the planting techniques, care, and maintenance of campus landscaping.
