Our client has an immediate need for a ServiceNow System Administrator, who is responsible for the implementation, configuration, and management of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets organizational needs and drives efficient service delivery across various business functions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is a plus
ServiceNow System Administration Certified preferred
8+ years of experience
ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Experience in the following modules: Agile Development, Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Innovation Management, Cost Management, Test Management, Portfolio & Strategic Planning, Investment Funding, and Portfolio Management
Experience in Configuration into CMDB, Custom Probes & Sensors, MID Server Configurations, IP Range Creation, Service Mapping, Service Gap Connectors is a plus
Experience in Service Mapping Implementation, CI Relationship Management
Experience in Configuration of ITBM, HRSD, CSM is a plus
Experience Creating Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI & Data Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, Access Control Lists is a plus
Experience in ServiceNow Integration but not limited to Salesforce, Workday, Ping, CyberArk, HAM, SAM, Azure, Dynatrace, Splunk is a plus
Design & Implementation of Dashboard, Reports is a plus
Experience working on Change, Incident, Demand, Portfolio, Knowledge, and Problem management is a plus
Experience with ServiceNow version upgrade, Use of ATF, and Update set migration between lower env instances is a plus
Prior Banking Experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture
Develop test cases and data
Execute tests for the application or technical architecture components, work with other programmers, designers, and architects to meet application requirements and performance goals, participate in code reviews, inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues that may affect any other areas of the project, fix any defects and performance problems discovered in testing, document the application to facilitate maintenance
Assists with selecting appropriate platforms, integrates and configures solutions
Develops software components and hardware for new and emerging technology projects; aligns these with business strategies and objectives
Provide consultation on common issues and best practices for junior staff
Provides a systematic analysis of client requirements within the traceability framework and resolves any functional problems encountered
Ensures quality of project deliverables while maintaining compliance with relevant standards and processes
