The Spring-Ford Area School District is offering a nationally competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and alignment with Board criteria. Candidates must possess or be eligible for a Pennsylvania Superintendent Letter of Eligibility. A Master’s Degree is required; a doctorate or working toward a doctorate is strongly preferred. Significant expertise in education, prior experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent in a similarly sized district is strongly preferred.
