Visions In Education is seeking an inspiring and collaborative Principal for our Home School Academy to serve as a key educational leader dedicated to student success and high-quality instruction. In this role, you will guide curriculum development, support instructional excellence, and foster positive, productive relationships among students, staff, and families. As a strategic thinker and hands-on administrator, you will lead schoolwide initiatives, mentor and support educators, oversee resources and operations, and help shape a learning environment where every student can thrive. This position is ideal for a mission-driven leader who values teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement, and is committed to preparing students for success in school and beyond.

Candidates with extensive experience working with Professional Learning Communities (PLC), digital curriculum, and virtual tools are desired. In addition, familiarity with Home School, charter schools, community college resources, equity-focused school leadership, and non-site based instructional models is preferred.

In general, this position will work a hybrid schedule of 2 days at our office in Gold River, CA and other days remotely with possible travel to all counties served by Visions. This position also engages with the community at monthly community events and field lessons. Depending upon the needs of the department this schedule is subject to change.
