As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the school's operations, including academic achievement, budget management, staff supervision, and community engagement. This position requires a visionary leader who can drive educational excellence, foster a positive organizational culture, and ensure the success of students, teachers, and staff. 

In this role, you will be the face of Parkview Baptist School, representing its values and priorities to internal and external stakeholders.  You will need to possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.  Your strategic mindset and critical thinking skills will be essential in addressing challenges and driving continuous improvement.

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a successful leadership role within the education sector
• Knowledge of education laws, policies, and regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proven track record of improving student outcomes
