Latin School of Chicago (Latin) is a co-ed, independent day school serving 1,190 students from junior kindergarten through 12^th grade with approximately 155 faculty. The shared values of excellence, community, and integrity define Latin and unite its many constituents. The annual salary and benefits will be competitive and consistent with the market for similar roles in the area. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $550,000 to $625,000. Latin School of Chicago provides this as a good-faith estimate of the annual base salary range for the position of Head of School, predicated on comparable roles and market conditions in the region.
