								<description>Brooklyn, New York,  Mary McDowell Friends School (MMFS) invites applications for a full-time Upper School Interim Education Technology Integrator beginning August 2026.&#xa0;
 &#xa0;
 Job Title: &#xa0;Upper School Interim Educational Technology Integrator

 &#xa0;
 Position Overview

 &#xa0;
 Essential Responsibilities and Duties

 Work with faculty to ensure that source texts (novels for English, textbooks for other departments) are as accessible as possible (through Audible.com, Learning Ally, or Kurzweil). &#xa0;In the case where source documents are not accessible, work with assigning faculty to facilitate accessible versions.
 Facilitate installation, support and training for students in a speech to text/text to speech needs through Read and Write for Google, as well as Google Apps STT engine.
 Facilitate installation, support, and training for students to effectively utilize Google Apps for Education, particularly Google Docs and Google Classroom.

 Facilitate installation, support, and training for faculty to effectively utilize Google Classroom.
 Facilitate installation, support, and training for faculty to effectively utilize Engrade.
 Facilitate and manage peripheral technology (interactive whiteboards, scanners, cameras, and projection appliances) which can be used in a classroom setting to create subject matter, or enrich the learning experience.
 Facilitate installation, support, and training for faculty to effectively utilize content creation tools integrable with the interactive whiteboards in every classroom. &#xa0;The goal is that every teacher can deliver a multisensory, accessible curriculum.
 Help with general technology literacy, vet, and provide documentation and self-help resources.

 Additionally, you will partner with another Integrator to meet community needs:
 Community

 Maintain documentation and resources.
 Collect student work and create initiatives for content on the Lightpost, the online student publication.
 Collaborate with Technology Operations and other division Ed-Tech coordinators on larger school-wide technology initiatives.
 Engage in professional development opportunities to bring new technology and methods back to MMFS.

 AI and Technology Literacy

 Execute and help advance MMFS&#39;s commitment to AI and technology literacy within the division.
 Partner with Educational Technology colleagues across divisions to ensure the handoff of AI and technology literacy expectations, for both faculty and students, stays consistent and is regularly evaluated.
 In collaboration with the other Integrators, serve on the forthcoming MMFS AI Council as the educational technology voice for division faculty, contributing the divisional perspective to the evaluation and refinement of the school&#39;s AI policy, in accordance with the Board-approved AI Council governing document.&#xa0;

 Diversity and Equity Commitments

 Understand and participate in all school-wide diversity and equity initiatives.
 Examine administrative practice through the lens of race, identity, equity, and privilege.
 Support a school culture that allows for social identities to feel welcome.

 Stanbridge Academy, a fully accredited K-12 independent school in San Mateo, California that serves students with a range of neurodivergent learning profiles, seeks a head of school to start July 1, 2027.
 SUMMARY
 Students with learning differences do not simply need accommodation&#8212;they need an educational environment intentionally designed around how they learn best. Students with learning differences can achieve just as much as their neurotypical peers; they simply require a different path. Stanbridge Academy was founded on this belief: that when a school is purposefully structured around the needs of its students, those students can thrive academically, socially, and personally. At Stanbridge, this mission is not aspirational&#8212;it is lived daily.
 Founded in 1982 by speech therapist and parent Andi Jobe, the school was created to meet the needs of students who were not being served in traditional educational settings. Today, Stanbridge is a fully accredited K&#8211;12 independent school in San Mateo, California, serving approximately 85 students. Through expert faculty, curated instructional approaches, and deeply personal student relationships, Stanbridge fosters an environment where neurodivergent learners can flourish. As the only school of its kind in the Bay Area&#8212;and now with both K&#8211;12 Non-Public School (NPS) certification and an A&#8211;G compliant high school program&#8212;Stanbridge serves a diverse student body from throughout the Bay Area.
 Now, Stanbridge seeks its next Head of School: a gracious and strategic leader to guide the institution into its next chapter. With a gifted staff, a compelling mission, and newly expanded certifications, the school is poised for increased visibility and thoughtful growth. The next Head of School will serve as both visionary and steward&#8212;strengthening community relationships, expanding Stanbridge&#8217;s impact on neurodivergent education, elevating faculty excellence, and safeguarding the school&#8217;s deeply nurturing culture and mission alignment.
