THE POSITION The Rio School District is seeking an outstanding, collaborative leader to serve as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. Under the direction of the Superintendent, this cabinet-level position plans and directs the comprehensive human resources program for all certificated and classified employees.  Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, selection, employment, evaluation, and labor relations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Board Policy. The Assistant Superintendent will supervise, evaluate, and provide leadership to the Classified Human Resources Specialist, the Certificated Human Resources Specialist, and the Administrative Se
